Judy Dale Jacobs age 59, of Fairmont, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

Funeral services will be held Thursday December 31, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Hilton Woodell, Brother Curly Locklear and Bishop Kenny Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow in Reedy Branch Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday December 30, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

She was born June 18, 1956 in Dillon, SC.

She was preceded in death by her father Garfield Jacobs; her grandparents, Henry and Bertha Tyler and William and Katie H. Jacobs; and a brother, Odell Lowry.

She is survived by her mother, Berline Jacobs of the home; three brothers, Larry D. Jacobs and wife Mary of Fairmont, Kenneth L. Jacobs of Pembroke, and Joey G. Jacobs of Calabash, NC; three sisters, Verlyn Jones and husband Lacy of Rowland, Linda J. Strickland and husband Ernest of Laurinburg, and Katie Jacobs Miller and husband Kenneth of Pembroke; a host of nieces and nephews.
