Mrs. Judy Bradberry Gunter, age 75, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC to the late Richard Stankwytch and the late Letha Todd Stankwytch. She was the owner-operator of Bradberry's Groceries for 29 years.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Bradberry; five brothers: Knox Stankwytch, James Stankwytch, J.I. Stankwytch, Stafford Stankwytch, and Rudy Stankwytch; and a sister, Elaine Stankwytch Bullock.

She is survived by her husband, Dallas Gunter of the home; three daughters: Kim Townsend (Eric) and Karen Justice (Thomas Bundy), all of Lumberton, NC, and Jan Mitchell of Bladenboro, NC; three grandchildren: Gary Sessoms (Rebecca), Rebecca Allen, and Nicholas Townsend; four sisters: Wanda Caulder (Rex), Diane Little (James) and Alice Stankwytch, all of Lumberton, NC, and Martha Baxley of St. Pauls, NC; and numerous other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020, at 3:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Anthony Rich officiating.
