Mrs. Joycelyn Floyd Bullard, age 82, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on July 20, 1938 to the late Crosby Floyd and the late Rebecca Rivers Floyd.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas "T.J." Bullard of the home; two sons, Leroy Walters and wife Carolyn of St. Pauls, NC and Brock Bullard and wife Belinda of Humble, TX; three daughters: Veronica Britt of Broadway, NC, Lynne Ballard and husband Leonard of Wilmington, NC, and Lenore Mitchell and husband Chuck of Bellingham, MA; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Myrtle Jane Smith and Joann Hayes, both of Lumberton, NC, and Nancy Sealey of Orrum, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Gardens of Faith Cemetery with Rev. LeRoy Burke officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
