Mrs. Joyce Ann Caulder Taylor, age 79, of Lumberton, NC, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 12, 2023.  She was born in Robeson County, NC on October 9, 1943 to the late Pearlie Caulder and the late Myrtle Anderson Caulder.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Taylor; two brothers, Ed Johnson and P.C. Caulder; two sisters, Lennie Price and Betty Taylor; and a great-great grandson, Princeton D. Hawkins.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her three daughters:  Sherry Taylor Parnell (Gary) and Anita Taylor Britt, both Lumberton, NC and Belinda Joyce "Cootie" Taylor of the home; one sister, Liza Turner of Hampton, VA; three granddaughters: Angela Parnell Emanuel (Sydney), Amanda Britt, and Natalie Parnell; and four great-grandchildren: Aiden Molina, Dailyn Molina, Trevor Parnell, and Ayla Lovett.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5 ^th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 1:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. David McNeill officiating.  Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery, 5190 N. Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, NC.
