Joyce Faye "Kitty" Rogers, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on November 29, 1956 to the late Julian & Lula M. Rogers.

She was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Inez Riley, and 1 brother, Michael Rogers.

She is survived by 2 sons: Kenny Ray Rogers and wife Wannaboo & William Thomas Rogers; 2 daughters: Marquita Gentry and "Ra Ra"; 1 daughter-in-law, Jiovana; 4 brothers & 1 sister: Ertle Rogers, Terry Rogers, Blanton Rogers, Marvin Rogers and wife Cynthia, & Gloria Rogers; 4 grandchildren: Yamarii Rogers, Ra'Quan Rogers, Zafirah Rogers, & Kamaria Rogers; and a special friend, Andy Royal.

A time of visitation will take place prior to the service on Saturday, January 30, 2016, from 7:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM with Rev. Ronald Locklear & Buddy Rogers officiating.
