Mrs. Joyce Bacot Parker, 78, of St. Pauls, NC, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on August 4, 1944 to the late Horace Bacot and the late Sue Lane Bacot.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Parker; her daughter, Susan Hasirci; and her brother, Gary Bacot.

She is survived by her children: Elisha Parker and Renee Parker, both of the home, Heather Freeman (Mathew Lemons) of St. Pauls, NC, and Marcus Martin (Kayla) of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; her grandchildren: Gavin Freeman, Cemile Hasirci, Magnus Freeman, Phineas Freeman, Mathew Lemons, Jr., Macelynn Martin, and Brynlee Martin; and her brother, Danny Bacot (Kathleen) of McDonald, NC.

The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 1:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM at the chapel with Rev. Merrill Martin, Rev. Elton Ross, and Rev. Robert Peltz officiating.
