Joyce Branch Matt's Obituary
Joyce Branch Matt, age 77, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 30, 1935 in Robeson County to the late Leon Branch and the late Velma Mercer. She was formerly employed as a sewer in textiles.
Mrs. Matt is survived by three sons, John Mitchell Matt and wife, Paula, of Fayetteville, Donald Ray Matt and wife, Carol, of Madison Heights, MI, and Rev. James Matt and wife, Beth, of Hazel Park, MI; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 3:00 PM at East Lumberton Church of God, with Rev. Bruce Brumfield officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
A time of visitation will take place one hour prior to services, from 2:00-3:00 PM, at East Lumberton Church of God.
