Josephine Mary Learn Reisman, 88, went to be with the Lord on November 3, 2013 following an extended battle with Alzheimer's. She was born September 5, 1925 in Hinsdale, NY to Dana and Mary Learn. She was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Lyle Reisman; five children, Cindy Johnson and husband Danny, Todd Reisman and wife Cindy, Lonn Reisman and wife Mistie, Rusty Lundy and wife Mardie, Judy Doty and husband Kenny; thirteen grandchildren, Christopher, Jordan, Daniel, Bobby, Olivia, Lonna, Zachary, Tracie, Terry, Ricky, Tonya, Tara, and Amy; fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild who all loved her and will miss her greatly. Josie was a tiny woman with a big spirit. She loved her family, her church, and most importantly her grandchildren. She was a long-time employee of Southeastern Regional Hospital for seventeen years. As one of the founding members of Forest Acres Baptist Church, one of her proudest accomplishments was being the first female deacon of the church she loved so much. She loved to play games and was an avid bridge player for many years. She enjoyed the outdoors and walking. She loved people and had a kind spirit that will be remembered forever. The memorial service and visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Forest Acres Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with the visitation one hour prior to the service.
