Joseph "Joe" Marshall Allen, age 70, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

He was born on August 30, 1954 in Lumberton, NC to the late Emory Roy Allen and the late Annie Ruth McDonald Allen. Joe worked in several Robeson County industries and most recently worked as a painter. He was an avid music fan and so enjoyed remixing and recording music.

Joe is survived by his wife of 52 years Wanda Allen, son Steven Allen (Angela), daughter Amanda Graham (Wayon), grandchildren Rebecca Allen, Garrett Walton (Molly), Sawyer Graham, Wakely Graham, Ashley Fox (Jordan), great grandchildren Jack Walton, Ian Fox and Jonna Fox and brother-in-law Harry Ivey Jr (Connie). He is also survived by his sister Shirley Edwards, nieces Tammy Maynor (Gerald), Michelle Carmichael (Paul) and Lisa Hutchinson, and Anita Pittman (James) nephews Bo Scott (Chasity Priest) and Gene Hutchinson (Tracy) and special friend Ken Bedell. He was predeceased by his siblings Mary Scott, Kitty Allen and Roy Allen.

The family wishes to express appreciation to all of those who supported Joe and his family during his illness especially our church family from Asbury United Methodist Church.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton with Rev. Everette (Chip) Bass officiating.
