Mr. Johnny Anthony "John" Pasanen, age 64, of Lumberton, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.  He was born on November 12, 1955 in Miami Beach, FL.  He previously worked as a roofer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret McLaughlin.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife of forty years, Lisa Pasanen, of the home; his father, Jack Pasanen (Wendy) of St. Augustine, FL; four children, Chenoa Pasanen (Joshua Jacobs) of Shannon, Aiyana Pasanen of Lumberton, Jackie Pasanen Torres (Luis) of Shannon of Johnny Anthony "Lil Man" Pasanen II (Crystal) of Lumberton; four brothers, Bobby Pasanen (Reta) of Georgia, Jack Pasanen, Jr. (Meggie) of Jacksonville, FL, Kelly Pasanen of Fairmont, Steven Pasanen of Georgia; one sister, Patricia Gee of Lumberton; one half-sister, Mandy Sanders of Georgia and eleven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family will be gathering at: 1097 Saddletree Road in Lumberton.
