Mr. Johnny Lindell Hunt, age 66 of Fairmont passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at McLeod of Florence.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May25, 2017 at 3:00pm at Pleasant View Baptist with Revs. Ricky Burnett and Lacy Lambert officiating.

Burial will be in Pleasant View Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday May 24, 2017 from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

He was born June 19, 1950 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his parents Curlie Hunt and Sarah Elizabeth Hunt; a brother, Laverne Hunt and four sisters, Sara Lois Jacobs, Lillie Moore, Barbara Ann Hunt and Cathy Hunt.

He is survived by his wife Denise Sampson Hunt of the home; three sons, Christopher Hunt of Rowland, Johnathan Hunt (Tala) of Fayetteville and Kevin Spaulding (Leslie) of Lumberton; two daughters, Shannon Thongheuang (Amphayphet) of Wake Forest and Delane Hunt of Fairmont; six brothers, Harold Hunt (Judy) of Fairmont, Leroy Freeman (Rose) of Fairmont, Willie James Hunt of Fairmont, Bobby Mitchell (Mary) of Laurinburg, Curlie Jr. Hunt (Mary) of Lumberton and Kenneth Hunt (Geraldine) of Lumberton, and one sister Louise Hunt of Fairmont; 15 grandchildren, Amber (AD), Niran, Mason, Hayden, Harlan, Rylan, Cash, Gracie, Johnathan, Braxton, Juulien, Silas, Jamison, Joshua, Kaitlyn and a great host of other relatives and friends.
