Johnathan McKenzie Deal, age 29, of Fairmont passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Revs. Steve Strickland and Jimmy Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in Scott/ Locklear Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 1:00- 2:00 pm at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel. He was preceded in death by a son, Javeon Deal; maternal grandfathers, Curtis Locklear and Samuel Locklear; paternal grandparents, Lloyd Lee and Helen Deal; a sister, Baby Deal. He is survived by his parents, mother, Peggy and stepfather Ron Tyree of the home; and his father, Johnifare, and stepmother, Ruth Deal of Fairmont; two sons, Jacolin and, Saveon Deal both of Lumberton; four daughters, Brianna Hunt of Fairmont; Javeanah and Kayleanah Deal both of Lumberton, and Jahona Deal of Maxton; one sister, Alisha Deal, of the home; two nieces, Shyane and Jayla Deal of the home; one nephew, Jaythan Bullock of the home; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Locklear of Fairmont; a special friend of many years, Lorenzo Brown and a great host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
