Mr. John Clayton Oliver, age 80 of 9385 Hwy. 41 S. Fairmont passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at his home.

A Graveside service will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Fairmont Cemetery with Pastor David McLellan officiating.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Mr. Oliver was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Leila Oliver; his wife, Shirley Rogers Oliver; one son, Clayton Bruce Oliver; two brothers, Herman Oliver and Robert Oliver; and one sister, Elizabeth Oliver.

He is survived one son, Corey Chance(Hannah) of Fairmont; one daughter, Marti Barr(George) of Locust Grove, GA; one brother, Thomas Oliver of Charlotte; one sister, Elsie Oliver Currie of Lumberton; and one grandson Case Chance.
