John Randall Grimsley, 77, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on March 4, 2024. He was born October 13, 1946 in Lumberton, NC to the late Oscar Grimsley and the late Elise Bullock Grimsley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John "Josh" Randall Grimsley, Jr., and a grandson, Jonathan.

He is survived by his wife, Jennie Grimsley; his daughter, Dee Grimsley Quinn and her husband, Vincent; two sons, Lee Grimsley, and Joey Grimsley and his wife, Mildred; two brothers, Junior Grimsley and his wife, Paulette, and Bill Grimsley; four sisters, Betty Ingbretson and her husband, Gordon, Linda Byrd and her husband, Jerry, Peggy Sasser, and Carol Cook and her husband, Jerry; and 4 grandchildren, Alyson, Jessica, Megan, and Matthew.

A time of visitation will take place on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 East Fifth Street, Lumberton, NC, 28358.

The funeral service will take place on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 East Fifth Street, Lumberton, NC, 28358.

Burial will follow the service at New Hollywood Cemetery, 501 Hollywood Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358.
