John Thomas Gregory, 89, of Lumberton, NC, died Saturday, January 27, 2024.

In his spare time, John enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family and friends. He will always be remembered as a loving caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Gregory and Cora Shatley; and a daughter, Phyliss Jasper.

He is survived by his wife, Dale Gregory of the home; a daughter, Theresa Johnson and husband, Terry of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Christopher Tew, Danielle Willis, Eddie Jasper, and Shelby Jasper; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton, NC.
