Jody Lane Floyd, age 60, of Orrum, passed away recently. He was born in Robeson County on February 5, 1957 to the late J.L. Floyd, Jr. and the late Valdean Walters Floyd. He was formerly employed as an electrician.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Priscilla "Cill" Williamson.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessee M. Floyd of Lake City, SC; a sister, Jessica Britt and husband Dennis of Lumberton; and a brother-in-law, Charles Williamson.

Services will be held at a later date.
