Jessie Todd Skinner, age 86, passed away Friday, August 01, 2014. She was born in Robeson County on August 17, 1927 to the late Rora Todd and Attie West Todd. She is survived by her daughters, Joan Rabon and husband, Grayson, and Gloria Williams, all of Lumberton, three grandchildren, Lewis Smith and wife, Pam, Michael Smith and wife, Wanda, and Carla Tyner, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
