Jeffrey "Jeff" Lauren English left this world on Monday, May 3, 2021, to join his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jeff was born in Raeford, NC to Rick English and Gail W. McLean on January 24, 1981.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and worked hard to improve the world around him. He loved farming and became a master at building duck impoundments improving the life of waterfowl.

Jeff believed in "Love thy neighbor as thy self" and practiced it daily. He loved everyone he met and, with his radiant smile, caused them to love him back. He was always quick to respond to others' needs. Jeff enjoyed life at his own pace and became the best friend you could ever ask for.

Jeff loved kids and he loved to introduce them to hunting and the true outdoor life. He loved his adoptive children, John Howard McLean and Julia McLean, and his constant companion, Bella, his beautiful chocolate lab.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Bill and Gail Williamson McLean and Rick and Gail F. English; his adoptive and dearly loved parents, John P. and Ellen McLean; his siblings: Dana Evans (Chad), Brian English (Antonia), Missy Daniels (Mike), Emerson Berne (David), and Will McLean (Kristen); and his nieces and nephews: Ian, Raney, Cade, Hunter, Luke, Faith, Kierstynn, Caroline, Matthew, David, Will, and William.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Raeford City Cemetery with Rev. Doug Reedy officiating.
