Jeanette R. Walters, age 78, of Orrum, NC passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton NC.

She was born June 23, 1943 in Warrenton, NC to the late Erma Rudd.

Jeanette enjoyed working in her flower garden and cooking for family, friends and traveling to local destinations.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Scott Parrish; a brother, Earl Rudd.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of thirty-seven years, Gene Walters of the home; a son, Frank Parrish and wife Wanda of Carrollton, VA; two grandsons, Christopher Parrish and wife Jamie and Johnny Parrish and wife Kim all of Carrollton, VA.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Barnesville Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm.

Burial will follow in Priest Cemetery Fair Bluff Rd. Orrum, NC.
