Jasper Edge, Jr., 90, of Ridewood Manor on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at his
residence. He was born to the late Jasper and Lela Rozier Edge on April 24, 1918
in Robeson County.
He is survived by his wife, Mable Scott Edge; son, William J. Edge; 2
daughters, Dinah Lynn Everett and Shirley R. Townsend and husband, William;
brother, Norris Edge and wife, Sue; sister, Nellie Heavenridge; 2 grandchildren,
William C. Townsend and wife, Kristy and Ben H. Townsend; and 1 great
grandchild, Karys Townsend.
The Memorial Service will be Friday, July 4 2008 at Regan United Methodist
Church at 11:00 A.M.
The family will receive friends following the services at the church.
