Janice McNeill Bullock, age 61, of Rowland, NC died on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Regency Hospital in Florence, SC.  She was born in Scotland County, NC on February 23, 1955 to the late Archie McNeill, and Inez Woodard McNeill.  She worked for Social Services as a case worker.

She was preceded in death by her father, Archie McNeill, and a brother, Lamar McNeill.

Mrs. Bullock is survived by her husband, Bruce Bullock of Rowland; her mother, Inez McNeill of Lumberton; a son, William Bullock, Jr. (Temple) of Rowland; a sister, Becky Davis of Lumberton; two brothers, A.W. McNeill, Jr. (Sandy) of Gaffney, SC and Johnny McNeill (Cheryl) of Greenville, NC; sister-in-law, Cathy Shooter (Charles); brother-in-law, Percy Bullock (Debbie); mother-in-law, Patty J. Hodge; four grandchildren, Cassadi Taylor Bullock, Landon Blake Bullock, Gavin Memory Bullock, and Madison Ava-Grace Bullock; and several nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.

The funeral service will be on Thursday, May 26 2016 at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Rowland with Rev. Thomas Allen officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Rowland Cemetery.
