Janet Faye Stephens Ingram, age 75, of Lumberton went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. She was a member of Raft Swamp Baptist Church. She was born in Robeson County, NC on January 14, 1937 to the late Braden A. Stephens and Esther Starling Willis Stephens. She previously worked in the meat department for Food Lion.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Joe Ingram.

Mrs. Ingram is survived by a son, Stephen Joe Ingram and wife Melanie of Lumberton; a daughter, Jo Anne Ingram Bruce and husband David of Lumberton; a sister, Betty Prevatte of Fairmont; and five grandchildren, Ben Bruce, Nicole Bruce, Sidney Britt, Wyatt Jacobs, and Tori Jacobs.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Raft Swamp Baptist Church with Rev. K. Mark Hall and Rev. Glenn Grant officiating. Burial will follow in the Raft Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.
