Mrs. Jamie Lyn Parker Talton, age 45, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at her home. She was born in Robeson County on December 28, 1978 to Michael and Myrtle Parker.

Jamie enjoyed working as a nurse practitioner at UNC Health Southeastern in wound care, loved to travel, going on girls' trips, and she loved her family and going to church.

Jamie is survived by her husband, William Talton; children, Calleigh and Charleigh Talton of the home; her mother and daddy, Myrtle and Michael Parker of Lumberton, NC; sister, Jennifer Block and brother-in-law, Matthew Block; her twin brother, Jason Parker of Hope Mills; nieces and nephews, Drew Ebner, Katlyn and Evan Parker; a special aunt, Tammy Pickard; and a special uncle, William Phillips.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 6-8PM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5089 Old Whiteville Rd, Lumberton, NC.
