Mr. James Wade Hunt, age 72, of 1710 Hwy 904, Fairmont, NC died Tuesday August 3, 2010 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 6, 2010 at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel at 3:00 PM with Rev(s). Franklin Bartley and Ricky Burnett officiating. Burial will be in the Fairpoint Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7-9 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont and other times at the home.

Mr. Hunt was born March 6, 1938 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Lee Hunt Bartley.

Mr. Hunt is survived by his wife, Clementine Hunt of the home; one daughter, Jennifer Nicole Hunt of Fairmont, NC; one sister, Shirley Bartley Demery and husband Lloyd of Fairmont, NC; and a special caretaker, Barbara Hammonds.
