Mr. James Blake Rogers, age 49, of Rowland, NC, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021. He was born in Robeson County, NC on November 11, 1971. He was formerly employed in construction.

He was preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Billy & Aileen Rogers, and his paternal grandparents, John & Sophronia Rogers.

He is survived by his mother, Annie Rogers of Rowland; two daughters, Kyra Jacinta Hunt of Maxton, and Ahnna Claire Rogers of Whiteville; three brothers: Billy Rogers, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ricky Devon Rogers and wife Lynn of Fairmont, NC, and Billy Wayne Chester of SC; two sisters, Pamela Rogers of Fayetteville, NC and Adriane Graham of SC; step-siblings: Marvdean, Norma Jean, and Shane, all of SC; a special cousin, Don Rogers and family of Dillon, SC; a special aunt, Magalene "Pretty" Locklear of Fairmont, NC; four great-nephews and numerous special aunts, cousins, family, and friends.

A visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Benson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Rowland, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday March 13, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Benson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Locklear and Rev. Charles Cummings officiating.
