James Leon Hunt, age 65, of Fairmont, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at his home in Fairmont, NC.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday April 19, 2018 at 2:00PM at Thompson Baptist Community Church.

Burial will follow in Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Wednesday April 18, 2018 from 6-8PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Mr. Hunt was born December 4, 1952 in Dillon County SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents Worth Hunt and Bessie Cumming Hunt; four brothers, and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife Dollie Bartley Hunt of the home; two sons, Weldon Junior Hunt and James Junior Hunt, both of the home; two stepsons, Will Locklear and Cole Ford; one brother, Sylvester Hunt of Pembroke; two sisters, Bessie Hammonds and Doris Oxendine, both of Lumberton; two grandchildren, James Travis Hunt and Cody Lee Hunt; and four great grandchildren.
