Mr. James Hunt, age 74, of Fairmont, NC passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Cape Fear Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

He was born June 14, 1950 in Robeson County to the late Charlie Hunt and the late Frances Ingrid Hunt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charlie, David, and Ronnie Hunt.

He retired from McKee Craft Boat Co. in Fairmont, NC and was currently employed by Oxendine Farms.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Revels Hunt of the home; five sons, Jamie Hunt (Amanda), Jeffery Hammonds (Tabitha), David Singh, Jr. (Aidan), Johnathan Singh and Jashand Hunt; four daughters, Pattie Faye Hunt, Pamela Faye Hunt (Miguel), Darian "DD" Cutler and TT Scott; six brothers, Timmy, Tommy, Danny, Paul, Joseph and Phillip Hunt; one sister, Virginia Hunt; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; special friends, Hilton and Lucille Oxendine, Keith Samuel, Pokey, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Alice Strickland, and Abigail Canela; beloved sister-in-law, Sarah Scott and son, Allen Scott; special caregiver, Tina Grant and a host of other relatives and friends.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 PM Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Harvest Church Assemblies of God, 986 Raynham Farm Road, Rowland, NC. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM.

Burial will follow in Hickory Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, US Hwy. 301 South, Rowland, NC.
