Mr. James Billy Hardin, Sr., age 91, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at home. He was born in Lumberton, NC on September 4, 1933 to the late Dewey & Carlatha F. Harden.

He is survived by his wife, Mabel Richardson Hardin of the home; his children: Mary Delias and husband Keith of Fayetteville, NC, and their daughter, Melissa Delias Underwood (husband Rocky and son Granger) of MS, John Hardin and wife Kyung and their son, Joshua Hardin, all of Fayetteville, NC, and James Hardin, Jr. of the home.

The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 1:30-2:30 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a private family graveside service will be held.
