James C. Deese, age 56, of Fairmont passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Anderson, SC. A visitation will be held Thursday November 12, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 13th 2015 at 2:00PM at Harvest Church in Raynham, NC with Revs. Larry Oxendine, Jimmy Oxendine, and Terry Oxendine officiating. Burial will follow at McDonald Church of God Cemetery. He was born April 21, 1959 in Robeson County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pernell and Annie Hazel Oxendine Deese, and two brothers Glendall Deese and Arnell Deese. He is survived by his wife Rosemary Deese of the home; one sister, Diane Smith and husband Samuel; two brothers, Drayson Deese and wife Heather and Jimmy Lynn Deese; his children, Deandra Scott and husband Joshua, Cody Deese, Jamie Deese, James Corey Deese, Amanda Jacobs, Monica Jacobs, and Eric Ray Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Izabella Deese, Jamison Smith, Jacob Hunt, Takala Jones, Nathanael Jones, Gabrielle Jacobs, and Kiona Campbell.
