James Anthony Britt, 50, of 249 Snake Road, died Saturday, April 19, 2008 at
Southeastern Regional Medical Center. He was born to James Edward Britt and
Patricia Stroud Britt on January 19, 2008 in Robeson County.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Britt.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia West of Lumberton; his step-father,
Lloyd West of Lumberton; his brother, Jeffrey L. Britt and wife, Arlene of
Lumberton; his sister, Crystal West Merritt and husband, Bob of Hope Mills; 3
nephews, Andre R. Britt, Patrick D. Britt and Grayson E. Britt; 2 nieces, Jasmine
L. Britt and Hailey Ann Merritt; and several aunts and uncles.
The graveside memorial service will be Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
Kinlaw Cemetery with Rev. Michael Carter officiating.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 21, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m. at
Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.
