Jackie Love Walton Richardson, 83, passed in her home early in the morning of Wednesday, August 3, 2022. She was born July 7, 1939 in Robeson County, NC to parents Jack Walton and Dorothy Britt Walton.

She found joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, and turkey shooting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Walton and Dorothy Britt Walton; three infant brothers; her grandson, Berry Lance Davis; and her great-grandson, Carson Davis.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Richardson; her two sons, Buddy Davis and his wife Betty Ann of Bladenboro, NC and William Davis and his wife Debra of Lumberton, NC; her three daughters: Ann Bare and her husband Michael, Bobbie Stone and  Wilbur, and Betty Prevatt and her husband Luther, all of Lumberton, NC; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, also all of Lumberton, NC.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, August 5, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Russell Benson and Rev. Michael Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
