Jacqueline Renee Armstrong passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2023. She was just 65 years old. She loved God and was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints. Jackie's family and friends take comfort knowing that she is rejoicing in heaven with the Lord.

She was born to and by the late Wilson Lee and LauVern Rogers Armstrong on May 13, 1957. She was also preceded by her sister, Anita Thompson, and her niece Nichole Lee.

She had a unique way of making people feel special which was perfect for her career in nursing. After retirement, she continued her caretaker role working in medical equipment and supplies. She also helped care for and rear her niece, Tara, and nephew, John.

She is survived by a family that will dearly miss her, notably her sons, Justin and Coty, of Darlington, SC, as well as her granddaughter, Abbigail, and grandsons, Rivers, Lakes, and Samuel. One of seven siblings, six remain including a brother, Monte, and sisters Darlene, and Monica, Tina, and Beverly. She was a proud aunt that leaves behind nephews Carson, Anthony, and Steven, in addition to the aforementioned.

Jackie's family will welcome friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Floyd Funeral Services of Fairmont, NC. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Jackie's favorite charity, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, at ASPCA.org.
