Jack Rozier, age 86, of Lumberton, NC died on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County, NC on June 5, 1924 to Calton Clarence and Irene Musselwhite Rozier. He was a self-employed farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Larry Rozier; a brother, Ernest Rozier; and two sisters, Ann Rozier and Evelyn Fields.

Mr. Rozier is survived by his wife, Edna Allen Rozier of the home; two daughters, Mary Hardwick and husband Steve of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jackie Misyak and husband, Michael of Stafford, VA; two brothers, David Rozier and Ted Rozier of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Lucille Weston of Lumberton, NC; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Walter Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Rozier Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday evening, July 12, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
