Iva Clyburn's Obituary
Iva Thomas Clyburn, age 77, of Proctorville, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018, at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC. She was born May 17, 1940 in Robeson County to the late Boston T. Thomas and the late Inez Bowen Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lewis Allen "Sonny" Clyburn.
She is survived by her children: Allen Clyburn of the home and Susanne McLellan (Daryl) of Fairmont; a granddaughter, Krista McLellan; a great-grandson, Kolby McLellan; and one sister, Helma English of Abbottsburg.
The family will receive friends prior to the funeral on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, from 1:30-3:00 PM at Proctorville Baptist Church.
Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM with Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Proctorville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Proctorville Cemetery Association, PO Box 63, Proctorville, NC 28375.
