Horace Mitchell Stone, Jr.'s Obituary
Horace Mitchell Stone, Jr., age 66, of Lumberton, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017. He was born December 23, 1950 in Robeson County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Mitchell Stone, Sr.; his stepfather, Ernest Hufham; and his sister, Valda Shull.
He is survived by his mother, Marguerite L. Hufham of Clarkton; three daughters: April Johnson and husband Leonard of Lumberton, Suzanne Stone Davis and husband Mark of Lumberton, and Michelle Stone of Asheville; and three grandchildren: Amber, Brandon, and Kayley.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Anderson officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends briefly at the funeral home.
