Mrs. Hope Keir Byrd, age 88, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at Lumberton Health & Rehab Facility. She was born in St. Cyris, Scotland on January 23, 1931 to the late John Keir and the late Jane Lumsden Keir. She was an airline hostess for many years.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James C. Byrd.

She is survived by her children, Roger Byrd and wife Margaret of Milton Keynes, UK and Barbara Bradley of Hickory, NC.
