Hoke Floyd Leggett, 84 of 587 Tobacco Road, Fairmont, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County on December 25, 1925 to the late Cohen Purvis Leggett and Berry Jenkins Leggett. He previously worked as a farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ann Lewis Leggett.

Mr. Leggett is survived by three sons, Alan Leggett and wife, Debbie, Wayne Leggett and wife, Fran, and Grady Leggett and wife, Eleanor; one daughter, Donna Tolar and husband, Danny; one brother, Poe Leggett and wife, Lena; one sister, Senora Eggleston and husband, Gordon; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 11:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with the Rev. Jessie Yarbourgh and Rev. Greg Locklear officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont.
