Henry Melvin ??Tiny? Bryant, Jr., 71, of Lumberton, NC died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011. He was born in Robeson County, NC on May 6, 1940 to the late Henry Melvin Bryant, Sr. and Ruby Taylor Bryant. He was a farmer.

Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife, Retha Bryant of the home; a son, Tony Bryant and wife Robin of Lumberton; a daughter, Rita Lois Walters and husband Jerry of Lumberton; two brothers, Robert Bryant of Lumberton and Tom Bryant of Bladenboro; two sisters, Faye Bryant and Janice Jones both of Lumberton; grandchild, Jeremy Walters; step-grandchildren, Nicole Davis, Chad Davis, Steven Causey and Bobby Cox and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Singletary Baptist Church with Rev. Mitchell Nance officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 25, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton and at other times at the home.
