Hector Manuel Camacho, age 87, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Golden Living Nursing Center. He was born in Havana, Cuba on May 30, 1927 to the late Edward and Angela Hernandez Camacho. He previously worked as a manager in steel construction. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. Mr. Camacho is survived by a sister, Leyda Perez of Hollywood, FL; and special friends Mr. & Mrs. Carlyle Hayes of Lumberton. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Gardens of Faith Cemetery with Rev. Charles Brust officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.
