C-Cat, Papa Smurf, Wild Cat and Daddy were names that best describes HC, just ask anyone who knew him. Born the baby of the family, and we all were reminded often. Hazley Council Wilcox left us on December 11, 2024.

In his younger years HC never met a motorcycle that he couldn't ride, leaving his mark on many racetracks. Later on, he most enjoyed riding with his friends and his brothers Ronald and Bill. He will be remembered for loving his family to the fullest and made a living using his hands. HC could figure and build most anything and again leaving a mark on our community. He was the boss man and most definitely let everyone around him know especially his son Johnthan.
