Harry Blaine Jacobs entered his heavenly home on May 28, 2024, at the age of 66. He was born on February 10, 1958 to Sallie and Zonnie Jacobs. He grew up in rural Robeson County where his family were farmers.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Doris Jacobs Hunt; and one niece, Ashley Pierce.

Harry is survived by his wife of 47 years, Shirlene Jacobs of the home; 2 sons, Jimmy Jacobs and Robert Pittman, both of Lumberton; 2 sisters, Sherry Pierce and Sheila Caulder (Nelson), both of Lumberton; 3 brothers: Jerry Jacobs of Lumberton and Roger and Larry Jacobs, both of Pembroke; 5 grandchildren: Jacob, Austin, Tyler, Waynie, and Jocelyn; 2 great-grandchildren, Ma'riah and Lilian; and a host of family and friends.

Harry continued the family tradition of being a farmer. His favorite pastime was anything outdoors. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Harry brought joy and light into our lives with his kind heart, happy smile and was always willing to lend a helping hand. The love and happiness he shared will forever remain in our hearts.

Visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Robeson Memorial Park in Lumberton, NC.
