Harold Blunt Ivey of Lumberton, died on Wednesday, September 21, 2016.  He was born in Robeson County on March 12, 1936 to the late Rembert Ivey and the late Mary Goss Rogers Ivey.  He was a veteran in the United States Army, and previously worked in construction.

Mr. Ivey is survived by two daughters, Pamela J. Owens and Kathy Richardson; one son, Gregory H. Ivey; one sister, Bobbie Hayes; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.


A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton at 11:00 AM.
