Gwendolyn Oxendine Frazier, 61, of 1034 Odom Road, died Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Carlie Oxendine; her husband, Lanis Frazier; two sons, Carlie
Christopher Johnson and Mark David Johnson.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Oxendine of Fairmont, NC; three sons, Rev. Terry Oxendine and wife,
Linda of Lumberton, Michael Levinson and wife, Renee?? of Lumberton and Bobby Johnson and wife, Kynia of
Lumberton; two step-daughters, Melissa Locklear and husband, Dwayne of Pembroke and Venita Locklear of
Pembroke; three brothers, Lennon Oxendine , Emanuel Oxendine and Ronnie Oxendine all of Fairmont; four sisters,
Doris Whitman of Wilmington, Annie Nora Dial of Fairmont, Wilhelmina Eachen of Lumberton and Shelia Hunt of
Fairmont; 11 grandchildren, Brittany Sierra Levinson, Michael Levinson, Jr., China Lowery, Kevin Fowler, Chelsea
Rose Locklear, Elijah Johnson, Zachary Oxendine, Lindsey Oxendine, Patricia Locklear, Jacob Locklear and Storm
Locklear; a special friend, Patrick Usher of Carolina Beach; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Raynham Assembly of God Church at 3:00 P.M. with
Revs. Roy Clark, Keith Long and Paul Oxendine officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 7 to 9 P.M. at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, inc.
