Gracie Morgan Locklear's Obituary
Gracie Morgan Locklear, age 83, of Shannon, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018, at her home. She was born on April 4, 1935, in Robeson County to the late Edward Locklear and the late Sarah Jane Morgan Locklear.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Attley Donald Locklear; one daughter, Katherine Locklear; and a brother and a sister, Robert Lee Morgan and Clara Mae Taylor.
She is survived by two sons: Donald Locklear, Jr. of the home and Ronald Locklear and wife Angela of Fayetteville; two daughters: Tina Locklear of Fayetteville and Brenda Stevens and husband Dennis of Lumberton; and fifteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 3:00 PM at Full Gospel Holiness Church in Lumberton with Rev. Terrell McNeill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
