Mr. Glenn McNeill, age 66, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019. He was born in Robeson County on June 23, 1953 to the late Willie Hubert McNeill and the late Eula Mae Knight McNeill. He was formerly employed with the Dept. of Transportation of the Public Schools of Robeson County.

Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by 6 brothers: Harold McNeill and wife Brenda, Larry McNeill, Harry Dean McNeill, Jerry W. McNeill, Vernon McNeill, and Willie S. McNeill; 2 aunts, Leona Knight Bolin and Lillie Mae Knight McGirt; and his wife, Sandra Kay McNeill.

He is survived by his daughter, Glena Kay McNeill of the home; his son, Mickey Locklear of Hope Mills, NC; 2 brothers, Hubert Junior McNeill (Marsha) and L.H. McNeill (Hazel), all of Lumberton, NC; a special niece, Cindy Bell (Jerry); 2 special nephews, Stuart McNeill (Mickey) and Steven McNeill; along with many other nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at McNeill Family Cemetery in Lumberton with Bishop Ricky Deese and Asturn Bartch officiating. Following the service, the family will visit with friends and loved ones at the graveside.
