Mr. Glenn Hunt, age 70, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Monday, August 3, 2020. He was born January 14, 1950 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Governor Hunt; his mother, Mary Lois Locklear; a brother, Jimmy Ray Hunt; and a sister, Brenda Hunt.

He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Susan Hunt; a son, Huey Joshlen Hunt (Michelle) of Chicago, Illinois; two sisters, Karen Horne (Jimmy) and Connie L. Oxendine (Ronald), all of Fairmont, NC; one brother, Perry Locklear (Gwen) of Fairmont, NC; his nephews: Derrick Hunt, Anthony Hunt, Gary Hammonds, Nekime Oxendine, and Ryan Oxendine; a niece, Tammy Roaquin; a great-niece, Hillary Faircloth; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 7, 2020, at 1:30 PM at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
