Gladis Hunt Freeman's Obituary
Gladis Hunt Freeman, age 92 of Fairmont passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at her home.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 1, 2016 at 2:00PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Revs. Hilton Woodell and Bruce Swett officiating.
Burial will follow in The Hunt Family Cemetery, South Robeson Rd. Rowland.
Visitation will be Friday, January 1, 2016 prior to the service from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church.
She was born April 24, 1923 in Robeson County to the late Giles and Mary Jane Mitchell Hunt.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Freeman three brothers, Stacy Hunt, Nick Hunt, and Tom Hunt; two sisters, Kathleen Chavis and Lula Jones.
She is survived by one sister, Ella Mae Lewis; many beloved nieces, nephews and caregivers, Kay Haley, Anne Seals, Mary Rose Sampson, and Willa Chavis.
