Mr. Gerald Berry, 84, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at GlenFlora Assisted Living Center. He was born in Dillon County, SC on August 2, 1938 to the late Dan Berry and the late Letha Mae Thompson Berry.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Jean Barfield Berry; 6 brothers: Earnest Berry, Wade Berry, Eugene Berry, Leonard Berry, his twin Earl Berry, and Dan Berry, Jr.; 3 sisters: Vera Mae Berry, Lucille Johnson, and Christine Lane; and a great-granddaughter, Alexandria Johnson.

He is survived by his daughters: Wendy Fettkether of Lumberton, NC, Christa Courtney and husband Doug of Lancaster, SC, and Marisela Flores of Lumberton, NC; his son, Frank Flores of Lumberton, NC; his grandchildren: Brandon Johnson and wife Heather, Cindy Flores, Bree Flores, and Eric Flores; his great-granddaughters: Elizabeth Dawn Johnson, Makaylie Flores, and Adriana Flemming; his brother, James Robert Berry and wife Gladys Britt of Shallotte, NC; his cousin, Debbie Triantis and husband Gus; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and loved ones Friday, September 23, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 12:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
