Mr. George David Pittman, Jr., age 34, of Rowland, NC, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019. He was born in Robeson County on May 24, 1985.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Beth Pittman.

He is survived by his father, George David Pittman, Sr. of Black Creek, NC; his mother, Livvie Gooding and husband Robert of Lumberton; his wife and son, Steffany Rae Pittman and David Layne Pittman, both of the home; one brother, Brad Gooding of Goldsboro, NC; and two sisters, JoAnna Gooding of Goldsboro, NC and Amy Gooding of Freemont, NC.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019, at 7:00 PM at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Lumberton with Pastor Jeff Blackburn officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the church.
