Gary Lindell Cox's Obituary
Gary Lindell Cox, age 66, of Orrum, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County on May 16, 1945 to the late Samuel and Madge Cox.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Minnie Lois Clewis.
Mr. Cox is survived by his wife, Barbara L. Cox, of the home; a daughter, Anissa Lynn Cox-Holt and husband, Kyle of Sumter, SC; two brothers, Wilton Ray Britt of Lumberton and Wilbur Cox of Florida and two grandchildren, Jordan Cox and Jaelyn Holt.
A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 2:00PM at Broadridge Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Broadwell officiating. Burial will follow at Broadridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Orrum.
